The core product is software. Human involvement is limited to customer support, onboarding, and account assistance when requested.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle, based on the plan you select at checkout.
You may cancel renewal at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Refund window: You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase.
After this 14-day window, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed, except where required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
