Appointment Policy

This policy describes how appointments are booked and managed through AppointWorks booking pages.

1. Booking

Appointments are booked through the published booking link of the provider and are subject to available time slots shown on the calendar.

2. Availability

Displayed slots are based on the provider's configured schedule and existing bookings. Filled slots are not available for new reservations.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellation

Clients should cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment start time unless the provider states a different rule.

4. No-Show and Late Arrival

Missed appointments without notice may be marked as no-show. Late arrivals may reduce meeting duration or require rescheduling at the provider's discretion.

5. Provider-Specific Terms

Each provider may define additional service terms, preparation instructions, or cancellation conditions that apply to their own appointments.
